  • Jewellery Care & Warranty
When caring for gold fill jewellery, it is recommended to store it separately from other jewellery to avoid scratches. Clean gold fill jewellery after each wear using a jewellery cloth, soft cloth or mild soap and water, ensuring to dry it thoroughly afterwards. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials, as they may cause damage to the gold layer. To maintain the lustre of your gemstone jewellery and protect the elasticity it is advised to remove bracelets before entering water, during workouts and to avoid contact with any chemicals. Our jewellery has been tested for normal wear where care is taken however wearer must appreciate and acknowledge how certain conditions may affect the jewellery over time. For the best protection store your jewellery in airtight storage when not in use and clean after each wear. Please note that storing any jewellery in a box for long periods of time unused may result in tarnishing. This is normal with all jewellery. Warranty For peace of mind each piece of Roamaci Jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty, that in the unlikely event you come across any faults with your jewellery, we will repair or replace these for you free of charge. We simply request sufficient visuals of the fault by email, along with your order number. Please note, the warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, cleaning or any accidental damage. • Colours of Jewellery
Colours of jewellery may appear slightly different when viewed online compared to seeing them in person due to factors such as variations in display settings, lighting conditions and monitor differences. While we strive to accuratley represent the colour by providing images under different lighting both on our website and socials it is important to note that gemstones as a natural stone do differ in shades and finish naturally. GoldFill is 14K finish and is a consistant tone throughout as industry standard. Gold Fill is Industry recognised as tarnish resistant and our inhouse tests have proved Gold Fill to hold its colour when cared for however it is important to note that Gold Fill colour tone may change based on care and contact with skin chemistry. We cannot guarantee our products are hypoallergenic. If you have any concerns, please reach out before purchase to our customer service team for additional information or images or research information. We operate a no refund/returns policy on personalised jewellery items where colour is perceived as not meeting your expectations after considering above. We operate a no refund/returns policy where by the colour tone of the necklace changes - please see above for prevention of this occuring. Our chains have been tested to reflect this decision.

  • What is Gold Fill?
Gold fill jewellery, also known as gold filled jewellery or rolled gold. A layer of solid gold is bonded to a base metal. To create gold fill jewellery, a mechanical bonding process is used. This involves heat and pressure to fuse the gold layer to the base metal, ensuring a strong and permanent bond. The gold used in gold fill jewellery is typically a higher karat than gold-plated jewelry, with 14K mainly being used in our Gold fill pieces. It is important to note that gold fill jewellery is not the same as solid gold jewellery, which is made entirely from gold throughout. However, gold fill offers a more affordable alternative to solid gold, providing a similar look and quality at a fraction of the cost. It is a popular choice for those seeking durable and attractive jewellery without the high price tag. Gold Shades do vary dependent on Karat. Overall, gold fill jewelry is a versatile and cost-effective option that combines the beauty of gold. Note: We can not guarantee our metals are hypoallergenic.
